- Ship speaker not working, had to listen to information on the corridor.
With 2 single beds no space to reach thesecond half of the cabin, balcony included. Otherwise quite clean.

- What is the role if mandatory health report sobmission together with the ticket at embarcation when MSC does not bother to take a look at at and permits embarcation to clearly heavily infectious deseased passengers? Who are they kidding?! They lost all the trust from us! Never again MSC!

Cruise in one sentence:

- MSC Orchestra Cruise (24.09–01.10) On September 27, at around 9:30 a.m., we called the elevator on deck 11 to go down to deck 5 in order to disembark in Cagliari for a walk. However, something very frightening happened – the elevator got stuck between decks 11 and 10....

- MSC Orchestra was a beautiful ship, older but very well maintained. Very comfortable. John from Kenya who worked on Deck 6, and who we first met on embarkation day 23rd November in Barcelona was really friendly and welcoming.
- Well maintained. Clean. Ship full of passengers, but you never feel over crowded. Great food and great entertainment
- Extremely friendly staff throughout the ship. Great entertainment. Wonderful delicious variety of food and drinks . All tastes catered too

Ship overall:
- The only thing We missed was the encloses Swimming Pool. We would book a different ship next time for this reason.
- Crew very friendly and helpful
- improve the payment system on the ship, the service at the pool bar and fix the elevators, we were stuck on the 11th floor, there was no sense of safety and the staff didn’t even apologize
- There was a bad sewage smell at times. Long wait for drinks and coffee. No mint on board for advertised cocktails.
- This was worst cruise we went so far. Food was disaster (cold scramble eggs on breakfast, etc), organisation on ship was a disaster too (stateroom attendant entering cabin at 10pm without even knocking, etc). Like it is hard to find a single positive thing regarding that ship....
- In food if more variety and other cusines can be added
- it was good, only restaurants was overcrouded.
- Poolside bar service, Found most staff very unattentive to queues, I understand that they work long hours and are tired however most of the servers did not even 'look-up' to see who should be served, and just randomly served the person in front of them, which is very annoying when you have stood pat...
- The free coffee that was offered was cold .
