- Poolside bar service,
  Found most staff very unattentive to queues, I understand that they work long hours and are tired however most of the servers did not even 'look-up' to see who should be served, and just randomly served the person in front of them, which is very annoying when you have stood patiently, because do not like to make a 'fuss' -I observed this as an issue with many guests who would look around frustrated and annoyed because of this issue.
  (TO BE CLEAR WE ARE NOT IMPATIENT PEOPLE -THE ISSUE WAS SO ANNOYING I FEEL I MUST MENTION IT)
