Feel Free - the modern concept of Norwegian Cruise Line accompanies you in all the aspects of your voyage. Take advantage of different dining options without fixed table times and eat when you like to. No importance is attached to certain clothing rules, enjoy your vacation as spontaneous and flexible as you want. The ships of the Norwegian Cruise Line are in a sense club ships with an international flair. German menus and German-speaking contact persons make life on board much easier. Whenever possible within Europe, excursions with German speaking guides are offered. Basic knowledge in English, however, is recommended on the ships of the American cruise line.

The cabins are very modern and comfortably furnished and designed in the so-called New Wave cabin design (curved lines wherever you look). The inside cabins are about 12 square meters, while the outside cabins are about 19 square meters in size. All cabins have separate beds or a double bed, some cabins also have a 3rd and 4th bed, usually as an upper folding bed. Some guests have to get used to the not completely unobtrusive and soundproof bathroom doors inside the cabins. Guests of the suites and villas (between 30 and 79 m²) will be offered private butler and concierge services. For single travelers, Norwegian Cruise Line offers the unique studio cabin concept. Stylish 9 m² cabins and a shared living room await the guests, who enjoy their cruise adventure alone.

The atmosphere onboard it is easy and relaxed. Guests from numerous countries travel with the ships of Norwegian Cruise Line. Everything is possible. You can pack festive clothes, as there are gala dinners for some dining options. You do not feel like dressing up? No problem - there are no strict clothing rules on board. In the main restaurants only swimwear and shorts are not desired. The Norwegian Cruise Line offers the perfect holiday for young and young at heart. At the same time there are always quiet corners, cozy bars and places on deck, so that all guests get their money’s worth.

You can eat without fixed table times and have the choice between over 20 different dining options on board. You can reserve a table in advance or go to dinner spontaneously. There is, inter alia, a steakhouse, a French restaurant, a sushi bar, a teppanyaki and an Italian restaurant (specialty restaurants for surcharge). Included in the cruise price is already a buffet restaurant, two à la carte restaurants, the 24-hour restaurant for those in between, a barbecue bar in the pool area and the 24-hour cabin service. A special experience is a circus dinner in the mirror tent (surcharge). Here you can enjoy acrobatics shows during your dinner.

The big theater offers exciting shows every day, such as Broadway musicals or Legends in Concert. Since October 2015, the Epic Theater is hosting the musical “Priscilla, the Queen of the Desert” and the Broadway sensation “Burn the Floor”. A Las Vegas-style casino can be found aboard, as well as more sedate locations such as an art gallery, lounges or the shopping mile. Of course, there is also a disco / night club where you can dance the night away. In October 2015, the Cavern Club opened its doors and has been offering music classics by the Beatles and other legends in the ambience of the Liverpool original. Exciting days can be finished in one of the countless bars. Among other things, there is the right bar for all tastes with the Cafe, the Cigar, the Whiskey, the Cocktail and Martini, the Piano or the Ice Bar (definitely book in advance). Children and teens also get their money's worth with the numerous offers and entertainment options, which makes the cruise line also very popular for families. For those who like to be active on board there are different possibilities for sports. A large fitness area, open 24 hours a day, leaves nothing to be desired. A jogging track, basketball / volleyball court and numerous aerobics classes have something for everyone. For relaxation, the Mandara Spa offers various treatments (some for a fee) as beauty or massage treatments or acupuncture. Also a hairdresser or various saunas are available to relax and lean back.

Guests who want to experience a relaxed and informal vacation at sea and in an international atmosphere feel comfortable on board. The cruises are offered at relatively low prices. Families like to travel with the ships of the Norwegian Cruise Line, but the new studio concept also makes solo travelers aboard the Norwegian Epic feel at home.
