• Constant and disruptive messages over loudspeakers promoting products, which made it feel like a low-cost airline. Children diving and playing in jacuzzis supposedly "only for adults" every single day.

• It is the second cruise with Costa. Unfortunately, the services have degraded a lot. And the fact that we came back with Covid after the ferry was the culmination of an unsuccessful trip..
• The embarkation process went very well except for one rude person who was directing us to the desk and clearly screaming at us.( she appologized at the end but clearly did not understand nor did she care about our request)....

• The supposed arrive at Zacinto Was at 10.30 they let we get out of the boat at 13.00 o' clock. Our excurtion was reduce in time bit with the same price
• Too hot in Taranto airport during the long queue

• I don't understand why if I buy the cruise in Germany I spend less than if I bought it in Italy
