- This was my first experience on a cruise ship and I was disappointed with the behavior of many passengers and their children. During the cruise we were told that for this cruise children were traveling free explaining the large number of them...if we would have know that we NEVER would have booked this cruise. Understand I have 3 children and 8 grandchildren of my own but the children on this cruise were less than well behaved.

- The elevator takes a long time to arrive as there seems to be only 12 elevators on the ship, be prepared to walk the stairs a lot. If you have a food allergy you must eat in the dining rooms as the buffet is full of cross contamination
- Beautiful, comfortable ship. The service ist slow both in the restaurants and bars
- The services in the bars and restaurant were slow.

- Badly laid out, overcrowded and noisy with terrible food.
- Watermelon was a rarest berry in menu. When I asked watermelon in Borabuffet it was absent all the time. There were no gluten free food in Bora Buffet. La Reggia restorant is great. They have gluten free menu. It was very important for our daughter....
- The only let down us the quality of the food on some days. It was hit and miss
- SPLENDIDA is a wonderful ship with great accommodation. Too many people.
- There is a real problem related to the density of population in the boat and the furniture or to move around: overcrowded jacuzzi and nobody plays the game of 15 minutes max..., the elevators are always full,...
