How would you describe your cruise with the ship MSC Splendida in one sentence?We are satisfied with the service manner of most frontline staff i.e. cabin attendant, butler and restaurant waitors, but very disappointed by the Excursion Management who spoiled largely our trip by the LESS THAN 16 HOURS NOTICE OF THE CANCELLATION OF THE BOOKED EXCURSION WITH ARBITRARY EXCUSE and also their unjustified chaotic communication with the Yacht Club Conceirge.

The last-minute notice of cancellation of the booked excursion negates the possibility of making up the loss and thus abolishes the trustworthiness with the cruise management.
