- We are satisfied with the service manner of most frontline staff i.e. cabin attendant, butler and restaurant waitors, but very disappointed by the Excursion Management who spoiled largely our trip by the LESS THAN 16 HOURS NOTICE OF THE CANCELLATION OF THE BOOKED EXCURSION WITH ARBITRARY EXCUSE and also their unjustified chaotic communication with the Yacht Club Conceirge.

- Cruise trip is a mode of tourism, it is not merely transportation mean and in-house services, rather the expected destination experience is the tourism core. The last-minute notice of cancellation of the booked excursion negates the possibility of making up the loss and thus abolishes the trustworthiness with the cruise management.

- I would recommend seascanner only on the condition that the post-booking communication language is not confined to German but follow the preference of the guest. We have to translate every email and every time required to proceed with the App.

Ship overall:
- Theatre programme is fantastic, restaurant staff and room housekeeping wonderful. Overall staff is fantastic.
- Lifts should be quicker too slow, very stuffy & warm
- The elevator takes a long time to arrive as there seems to be only 12 elevators on the ship, be prepared to walk the stairs a lot. If you have a food allergy you must eat in the dining rooms as the buffet is full of cross contamination
- Beautiful, comfortable ship. The service ist slow both in the restaurants and bars

- Badly laid out, overcrowded and noisy with terrible food.
- Watermelon was a rarest berry in menu. When I asked watermelon in Borabuffet it was absent all the time. There were no gluten free food in Bora Buffet. La Reggia restorant is great. They have gluten free menu. It was very important for our daughter....
