- No embarkation porterage meant we had to haul all our luggage onto the ship.
Warned by ticket not to approach embarkation in Singapore before 8 pm which was wrong as all passengers were aboard when we arrived at Terminal at around 7pm.
No forward notice about cancellation of India stop resulted in visa expenditure of $190 for nothing

Ship overall:
- Badly laid out, overcrowded and noisy with terrible food.
- Watermelon was a rarest berry in menu. When I asked watermelon in Borabuffet it was absent all the time. There were no gluten free food in Bora Buffet. La Reggia restorant is great. They have gluten free menu. It was very important for our daughter....
- The only let down us the quality of the food on some days. It was hit and miss
- SPLENDIDA is a wonderful ship with great accommodation. Too many people.
- There is a real problem related to the density of population in the boat and the furniture or to move around: overcrowded jacuzzi and nobody plays the game of 15 minutes max..., the elevators are always full,...

- THE MAJORITY OF THE RECEPTION STAFF WAS SO UNPROFESIONAL GIVEN ME WRONG INFORMATION AND CAUSE OF 1 PARTICULAR WRONG INFORMATION I HAVE LOST THE LAST DAY FROM TOURING ROME CITY CENTER.
- Menu in restaurant was lacking in choice. Everything else was amazing.

- Large and comfortable but very worn with old bedding and dirty balcony.

- Lovely cabin. Spotlessly clean. Need some phone charging points at bedside lockers.
- The cabin is conveniently located near the casino, the indoor pool and the theater. However, the Villa Verde restaurant is quite far, as well as the children's area and the self-service restaurant. It has only one neighborhood: it is convenient for the noise. And it has a clear view.

- CABIN WAS VERY NICE AND THE CABIN CLEANER MR RAJESH GOPEENAUTH WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KIND. I WISH THAT THIS FEEDBACK REACHES HIM.
