Eastern Caribbean Cruise with MS Amera

Enjoy a relaxed arrival/departure by coach incl. door-to-door service:

• Door pick-up and transfer to/from a collection point, return journey in modern coaches incl. lunch and free drink as well as luggage transport from/to your stateroom.
• The bus journey to/from the cruise ship takes two days.
• Arrival at the cruise ship is scheduled for the afternoon of the embarkation day.
• Departure from the cruise ship is scheduled for around 11:00 am on the day of disembarkation, arrival in Germany the next day.
• Dinner and overnight stay with breakfast in a mid-range hotel en route is included.
• Guests who have booked a single stateroom on the cruise ship will be accommodated in a single room (surcharge of 50 € per night).
• Arrivals/departures from/to Lucerne to/from Savona are day trips without overnight stay and without catering. You will receive further information with your travel documents.
• There is a baggage allowance of two pieces of baggage of 20 kg each and one piece of hand baggage per person. If you are taking additional items of luggage with you or require aids such as a wheelchair, walker or similar, please inform us in good time.
• The booking of arrival/departure incl. door-to-door service is possible up to a maximum of 6 weeks before the start of the journey and the address is entered on "My Phoenix" up to 6 weeks before the start of the journey. Late bookings at short notice are possible on request (from 6 weeks before departure), subject to availability.
• The arrival/departure incl. door-to-door service applies nationwide in Germany (except German islands) and is adapted to the embarkation times for your trip. Depending on the route and embarkation point, more than one change may be required.
• Depending on the number of participants booked, the door-to-door service may in rare cases be provided in part or in full by minibus/taxi.
• The individual pick-up time will be communicated in a separate information letter at least 10 days before the start of the trip.

The Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket can only be used in conjunction with an international flight to/from a German airport or to/from Salzburg and Basel (for flights to/from Amsterdam, Zurich, Brussels and Vienna, this service is available on request for an additional charge). It applies to DB (Deutsche Bahn) routes from all German stations on all scheduled regular trains (including ICE, IC and EC). Unfortunately, a BahnCard discount cannot be granted. Children (up to and including 14 years of age) travel free of charge when accompanied by their parents/grandparents. The Rail&Fly can be used on the day before the outbound flight and on the day after the return flight.

You will receive a voucher code per person and route after the booking of the Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket. The voucher codes can be reedemed on kreuzfahrtberater.bahnanreise.de by selecting the desired connection from those displayed. You will then receive the digital ticket as a PDF download and/or by e-mail. Nevertheless, you are flexible in your use of the trains (provided you keep the selected route and travel day).
