Ship Norwegian Viva
Norwegian Viva is currently built by the Italien shipyard Fincantieri in Marghera and will start her service in Juni 2023. Like the sister ship Norwegian Prima she will have an uplifted design and the guests will enjoy a new level of service since the number of crew members will be raised. The Norwegian Viva as well as Norwegian Prima will be equippe with modern alternative Technologies like a NOx-reduction system (SCR) which will reduce the enviromental stress overall. On board you can find the Ocean Boulevard which is an approximately 4.000 sqm outside area that extends around the ship.

Norwegian Viva staterooms
Norwegian Viva will offer a wide range of different staterooms: the largest inside, outside and balcony staterooms to date, including the largest bathrooms and showers in the entire Norwegian Cruise Line fleet,
13 suite categories, including three-bedroom suites. Hidden on the top of the ship you can find the area "The Haven by Norwegian". This is an exclusive area which is only accessible via a special key card. Here you can find the most elegant staterooms of the ship and enjoy exclusive service by the crew.
Atmosphere on board of Norwegian Viva
On board, things are relaxed and easy-going. Guests from numerous countries travel on Norwegian Cruise Line ships. You can pack festive attire because there is a gala evening in selected dining options. Don't feel like dressing up? That's no problem either, as there are no dress restrictions on board. Only swimwear and shorts are not encouraged in the main restaurants. Norwegian Cruise Line offers the perfect holiday for the young and young at heart. At the same time, there are always quiet corners, cosy bars and a secluded spot on deck, so that all guests seeking peace and quiet also get their money's worth.
Norwegian Viva restaurants
The traditional dining experience is being modernized with seven new restaurants and two new bars. Among the new restaurants are the Mediterranean seafood restaurant Palomar and the Asian-influenced Hasuki, a reinterpretation of the traditional "hibachi style restaurant." The new Nama sushi restaurant serves sushi and sashimi creations prepared by master chefs.
At the new main restaurant, Hudson's, you'll enjoy breathtaking 270-degree views of the stern in addition to delicious dining. For more upscale cuisine, The Commodore Room will be your ideal choice. Both restaurants will feature a redesigned, extensive menu selection that offers you even more culinary variety - including the ability to create your own personal favorite pasta dishes in more than 24 combinations of different pastas, sauces and toppings.
You can also look forward to newly created menus in the main restaurants, as well as revamped menus in the popular restaurant classics Le Bistro, Cagney's Steakhouse and Food Republic, and the popular Observation Lounge.
The Surfside Café and Surfside Grill on Deck 17 offer a varied selection with self-service and dishes prepared à la minute for you upon request.
Rounding out your culinary experience on board is the new Belvedere Bar, a contemporary cocktail lounge featuring handcrafted cocktails and a modern, fresh take on classic drinks, and the Metropolitan Bar. The bar, as part of Norwegian Cruise Line's "Sail and Sustain" program, will delight with responsibly produced zero-waste cocktails made with surplus ingredients, as well as a fully sustainable spirits menu and biodynamic wines.
Entertainment, Sports and Relaxation
Explore the world aboard the most spacious new cruise ship with the largest outdoor deck to experience the sea up close. Experience the thrill of the fastest dry-slides "The Rush" and "The Drop" on the high seas. Race towards the horizon on the first three-storey go-kart track on board Prima-class ships. Explore virtual worlds and enjoy a glass of champagne at the Vibe Beach Club.The centre of all shows will be the three-storey theatre. The performance stage can be quickly transformed into an expansive dance floor. The indoor gaming complex, the Galaxy Pavilion, is also being expanded and offers 14 attractions to choose from, including two different Escape Rooms and a Topgolf Swing Suite.
