Norwegian Star from Norwegian Cruise Line : Everything you need to know

The Norwegian Star was put into service in 2001, last renovated in 2018 and can accommodate 2,348 guests (at double occupancy). It is the sister ship of the Norwegian Dawn and belongs with 91,740 GT to the medium-sized cruise ships of the cruise line. On board you will find various entertainment options for the young and young at heart, relaxing recreational opportunities and an extensive selection of restaurants, bars and lounges with various delicacies. A new highlight on board is the "Spice H2O", which is exclusively reserved for adults. Staterooms

The cabins are modern and comfortably furnished. The inside cabins are about 12 m², the outside cabins measure 15 m² and the balcony cabins are about 19 m² in size. The cabins usually have 2 lower beds that can be put together to a queensize bed. Some cabins also have a 3rd and 4th bed, usually as an upper folding bed. Generously designed are the suites and garden villas, that offer about 548 m² space for up to 6 people. The guests of the suites and villas are offered pure luxury, including butler and concierge service as well as daily attentions. You also have access to a private Courtyard area with private pool, sundeck and fitness area.

Atmosphere on Board

The atmosphere on board it is easy and relaxed. Guests from numerous countries travel with the ships of Norwegian Cruise Line. Everything is possible. You can pack festive clothes, as there are gala dinners for some dining options. You do not feel like dressing up? No problem - there are no strict clothing rules on board.
