The new TUI Cruises ship set sail on its maiden voyage in June 2017. Mein Schiff 6 was built at the Meyer shipyard in Turku, Finland. Mein Schiff 6 has a length of 295 metres and a width of 36 metres. The new feel-good ship has space for 2,534 passengers and offers all-inclusive cruises as usual.

There are more than 1,250 staterooms on the 15 decks, the majority of which have their own balcony. The choice of staterooms ranges from interior staterooms to oceanview, balcony and spa staterooms and luxurious suites. New on Mein Schiff 6 are the diamond suites, the spacious family staterooms and three different suite categories. A highlight on Mein Schiff 6 is the combined balcony stateroom: the balconies can be joined together, providing space for shared holiday moments. All staterooms on Mein Schiff 6 are furnished in a stylish, individual ambience with many amenities. You can also enjoy your first coffee on Mein Schiff 6 with the stateroom's own Nespresso machine, in the privacy of your own staterooms. The design of the staterooms is bright, friendly and timelessly modern.

The main onboard language is German. The atmosphere is relaxed - similar to an upscale club hotel. Especially middle-aged guests feel very comfortable on board. During holidays many families are guests aboard. They appreciate the relaxed atmosphere, the possibility to do sports and the large variety of fine dining options. Almost all food, beverages and gratuities are already included in the cruise price. This distinguishes TUI Cruises from other cruise lines.

The numerous restaurants and bars on board Mein Schiff 6 offer a wide variety of culinary delights. You can expect a culinary variety ranging from traditional to modern dishes.

• Atlantik - Mediterranean: savour a variety of meat and fish dishes, vegetarian and vegan dishes in a Mediterranean ambience.
• Atlantik - Classic: Enjoy a rich breakfast buffet in the morning and daily changing 5-course menus in the evening.
• Tag & Nacht-Bistro: The bistro is open almost around the clock - ideal for a small midnight snack.
• Backstube (in the buffet restaurant): Here you can sample crispy rolls, delicious sandwiches or exquisite tarts.
• Bosporus snack bar: Discover hearty, savoury dishes such as doner kebab, falafel or Belgian potatoes with delicious sauces.
• GOSCH Sylt: Enjoy cold and warm fish or seafood variations, e.g. marinated salmon or fried prawns.
• Osteria - Pizza e Pasta: The Italian restaurant offers homemade pizza, pasta and fresh salads.

You pay a surcharge in the following speciality restaurants:

• Surf & Turf Steakhouse: sample tasty grilled specialities from land and sea and discover the extensive wine list.
• Barbecue grill tables: Enjoy a special menu at the tables with integrated grill plate in the outdoor area of the steakhouse.
• Hanami - by Tim Raue: Top gastronomy and Far Eastern cuisine await you here, matched with typical local drinks.
• Schmankerl: Try specialities from the Alpine region, prepared in a traditional and modern style.

In the numerous bars and lounges, you can relax with a warm cup of tea in the Himmel & Meer lounge, savour delicious cocktails in the TUI Bar or enjoy an aperitif in the Schau Bar. Round off the evening with a sparkling glass of exquisite champagne in the Champagner Treff (not included).

Everyone will find his favourite place onboard Mein Schiff 6. The "Diamond Bar" at the rear offers a magnificent sea-view with very classy evening entertainment. You should also visit the Show Lounge where changing events with acrobatics, musicals, magic and comedy are hosted. Even cooking shows, a "mystery dinner" and pool deck parties are offered on board! And if you want to party you should dance in the "AbtanzBar" until the early morning! "Mein Schiff 6" offers a large fitness area and aerobic classes. The extensive wellness area features a large sea-view sauna and a steam-room. For an additional fee you can choose from the vast range of massages and "feel-good-treatments" or arrange a sports session with a personal trainer. Sporting excursions are also offered on board.
