About Phoenix Reisen

The tour operator and cruise provider Phoenix Reisen was founded in 1973 and is specialized in high-quality river and ocean cruises. The portfolio includes not only classic river trips, e.g. on the Danube, the Rhine and the Volga, but also exotic routes such as cruises in South America, the Orient or the South Seas. Due to the small ship sizes with capacities of 150 to 1200 passengers, there is a family atmosphere on board. During the cruise you can enjoy high-quality dishes, from the maritime fish buffet to grilled specialties to desserts and cakes. Phoenix Reisen also offers special arrangements for wedding couples, birthday children or other anniversaries and celebrations.

All staterooms are between 17 and 18.5 sqm in size. All of them are equipped with shower/WC, a hairdryer, an individually adjustable air conditioning, a TV, a radio, a minibar and a coffee machine. Atmosphere on board

Like on all Phoenix ships, the atmosphere aboard the Annika is cosy and casual, with a touch of elegance and luxury. The dress code on board is casual. At the traditional captain's dinner a more elegant wardrobe is expected, but formal clothing is not needed here either. Regional events, live music and light entertainment will make your trip to a great holiday. Due to the fact that the tour operator is a German company the onboard language is German and guests pay their bills in Euro.

MS Annika restaurants, bars & lounges

On board the Annika, the experienced kitchen and service team will spoil you with a big breakfast buffet and multi-course lunches and dinners in two different restaurants. Thanks to the long, shared table time, you can decide more flexibly when you want to eat.

The following restaurants are already included in the price:

  • Vier Jahreszeiten (main restaurant): Enjoy your meal while marveling at the passing scenery through the panoramic windows.
  • Sternrestaurant: Various culinary highlights are served in this elegant restaurant with an outdoor terrace.

In addition, the Panorama-lounge (not included) with bar invites you to round off your evening with your favorite drink.

Entertainment, sports & relaxation

On board the Annika you can relax in the sauna or the steam bath or sit back and relax on the sundeck with a small pool, deck chairs, seating areas and shaded areas. If you want to work out, there is a small fitness room available.

MS Annika shore excursions

Through a variety of shore excursions, you have the opportunity to get to know the country and its people along the route. The excursion program is adapted to the length of stay of the ship and is accompanied by qualified tour guides. The excursions are usually in German language. The shore excursions can be booked directly on board or partly in advance online at the shipping company.
