Ship overall:
- It was fantastic
- Have a wide variety of food served . The menu seems to be monotonous .
- The staff was very helpful and accomodating. Georgia from entertainment, Wilson from Fine dining, Mark from the bar . Ronald from hairdresser,
- There should have been a variety of food served. I think it needs more recreational activities for the kids.
- Most crews are very nice and helpfull specially the filipino crews
- Ate so much on the cruise ship that I gained five pounds.

- Public spaces are very dirty, it is difficult to find a table in the restaurant, the tables are poorly cleaned
- Entertainment is excellent. Really enjoyed the theater shows. Loved Benjamin on the waves each evening.

- It was different experience than the other MSC cruises that I've been in, but i was satisfied with my MSC Opera experience

- Very friendly staff
- I guess if you’re on a small ship it’s quite easy to locate and find your way around.
- I will recommend for the lovely itinerary
- I liked the itenerary of the ship however the ship was smalll, the staff were very accommodating.
- Met a waiter named "Wilson Acebedo" (he was a waiter for our table #630 at 18.30pm) during our fine dining experience for 7 consecutive nights. He was AN AMAZING waiter. He was very attentive and very respectful. It shows that he loves working with MSC....
- Their sale items in their shops and on the spot raffles.
- The karaoke nights and theathere shows
- Vintage vibe, compact size
- atmospheric, great staff
