- I was surprised at how good it was, Lots of room, great storage, absolutely spotless and maintained so by the cabin steward. Air con perfect and all in all exceeded expectations.

- I could find little to fault. Food, Drink, Entertainment, Staff, Service, Room etc all excellent. All MSC Staff from catering, bar staff, security, officers, entertainers, indeed all were just fantastic.

- Very relaxed ship. All the staff work extremely hard and always courteous, good humoured and deliver a first class service.

- First time cruising and first time obviously with MSC. I would have no hesitation going with them again and in highly recommending them to others. I intend to book another cruise with MSC next year.

- After booking and paying via seascanner and whose website was in English, when confirming things, it was only then that I was informed all communication from there in would be in German.This should not be the case. I am Irish but speak English, not German so if the booking format is in English, then so should all further communication, booking confirmation etc. Other than this, which is a huge factor, the service was very good but this factor led to a lot of frustration, even allowing for google translate.
