- The initial information about services, restaurants, bars was very poor. A brochure (letter format and not only the mini guide we by coincidence found) showing the deck plans would have been highly appreciated. Information about activities in "freestyle daily" very unstructured.

- A fine cruise even though we used much time to get aquianted with the ship. It would be a great improvement of the UBP to make e.g. 1 bottle of wine a day included to bring to the balcony/stateroom
  Very unsatisfactoty that NCL could not issue a voucher in order for us to get the visum for Russia.
