- Other passengers frequently rude and not friendly at all to moving about the ship with a child in a stoller. Food was very disappointing, especially in the buffet where the workers were rude as well.

- One issue: all communications with seascanner were in English but when I checked in during embarkation, my package was in German which I don't read. That was dissappointing.

Ship overall:
- Zawiodłem się jakością potraw mięsnych, które były twarde.
- Easy to get around and nice food
- Like the decor of the ship in contrast to the fashionable modernistic decor of newer ships.
- Bar service is always slow and cleaning staff are non personal
- old-fashioned ship, not so big, which I prefer to the larger, more modern ships
- This is our second time at MSC Musica. The quality of crew and service has decreased a lot. The cabin was not properly cleaned - dust on the bathroom rails. The choice of food is weaker than before. There were no teas for breakfast except one or two types....
- Not enough wc in public spaces. Service in the restaurant was poor, food choise very poor, salmon gone for good, juice from some chemistry, free Coffee is the worst thing I ever tasted....
- Could have had more quizzes
- Food, besides being plentiful was varied to the taste of us and everyone we talked to. Cabin so nice, your staff always kept everything in tip-top condition. The ship itself was a pleasure to be on, the destinations all were nice and the entertainment was really professional and classy.
- Occasionally in the area of the lifts there were unbearable smells which were very off putting. Animation was very weak...maybe it was the end of season.

- Relaxing and the staff
- The friendly crew and the general atmosphere everywhere on board. The restricted areas (read: areas for extra paying passengers) does not take up much space. Among other things it means a plenty of deck chairs (nice model by the way)
