  • This is our second time at MSC Musica. The quality of crew and service has decreased a lot.
    The cabin was not properly cleaned - dust on the bathroom rails.
    The choice of food is weaker than before.
    There were no teas for breakfast except one or two types.
    There was very little honey, plain yogurt or nescafe.
    Poorly prepared fish.
    Portions in the main restaurant are relatively small.
    A long wait for a dinner table with a Blue Diamond card.
    When we asked for a specific table for dinner, we did not get one.
    We didn't get some things from privileges (free water, gift chocolate, boat inspection...).
    There was always a shortage of towels in the Gym.
    The staff at the Gym did not prevent some from using the same machine for up to two hours continuously.
    .... and a lot more that we don't have time or possibility to confirm with pictures....
