“They provide a good place to sleep, they give you decent food, they bring you from point A to point B as promissed but they have a poor service!”

- there was a door in our cabin to go to the cabin next door (what we didn't need). Because of that door we had only one small seat in steat of a big seat.

- Personel speaks very basic English; many times we noticed they didn't understand what we are saying. Personel isn't very helpfull, they seems to know nothing (for example: in the restaurant they don't know the flavor of the ice cream of the day! If you ask in venece how much a taxi should cost to the airport they don't have an idea! If you ask when an excurcion will start the only answer you get is that it will be mencioned in the daily newspaper. That all makes that we feel the service is poor.
