    • Everything on board was designed for half of the people that were actually there. The tables at the restaurant were very small. We were 8 people on a table that was large enough for 4 people. There were no additional restaurants on board (except for a mexican restaurant which looks like a fast food place and is inadequate for special occasions).
      The pools were small and overcrowded.
      The internet was not working most of the time and the IT guys did not bother to fix it. The GSM service on our deck stopped on the 2nd day and noone cared to fix it by the end of the cruise although I notified them a few times.
      The number of elevators on board (and the way they are positioned) is enough for 1000 passengers however there were 4000 passengers and we had to wait forever for an elevator to come.

    • It makes a bad impression how they want to make you pay for everything.
      There was only one water machine which was hidden deep inside the buffet.
      To get a towel for the pool area you have to wait on a long line and then wait again to return it. The pools were closed at 7pm and not possible to use them after that time.
      The price of the shuttle busses was inadequate. It was much cheaper for two people to take a taxi instead of paying for 2 shuttle bus tickets.
      The working time of the buffet was very limited.
      The cleaning was bad.
