- All the information were sent to me in German while I asked to sent them in English. I do not understand German and had to use the translator which was not comfortable.

Ship overall:
- It would have been nice to have a couple of jacuzzis indoor near the covered Lido pool (but we used the outdoor ones anyway)
- The other costa hoat had a free sauna and cree stamboom.
- No activities at all for my teens (the teen club opens at 11pm! so useless) The Entertainement team onboard is very weak Woken up every morning very early by useless announcements in 5 languages.... Some rude passengers
- Poor service at the restaurants and buffet (slow service and some rough behaviour or comments) Good and helpful service at other bars (not included in the rate)
- Pretty ship
- I found the restaurant stuff to be very professional, I found that the bath stuff was slow. I stood for five minutes or more, waiting for a drink on a number of locations and the bar was busy with the wellness on board, I thought €50 what is the better expensive to use the sauna?
- No buffet in the evening. Buffet area during lunch overcrowded and food could be organised better to minimise people stumbling into each other.
- We took the My Drinks package, the drinks and mixers are of the lowest category, some of them I didn't know existed.
- Nice ship but facilities and decor are outdated and tired. Swimming pool too small. Staff very helpful
