      Minor complaints,
      -Your telephone number cannot be found easily.
      You managed to send us the wrong tickets,issued in an other name, which we discoverd two days prior to departure.
      I managed to find your agents´
      telephone number in the "Gelbe Busch",
      which eventually solved the situation,
      through reissuing new tickets via e-mail.
      This resulted in us being listed as germans during our stay aboard, which we do not mind since we speak some german and could cope with those situations when occured during the trip.
