How would you describe your cruise with the ship MSC Magnifica in one sentence?Overall we really enjoyed the Magnifica cruise - the ship & crew were first class,the itinerary was varied,the choice of ports we called to was interesting and we saw many new places.

Would you like to note some more short remarks about the ship MSC Magnifica?The most irritating part of the cruise was the constant multi-lingual announcements!To have to listen to the same message in Italian,English,German and Spanish was really annoying! What about a message area where you could have screens showing the messages in different languages & also in the TV's in the individual cabins.

Comments about the service of seascanner.comMy only serious complaint is that I signed up for the "All inclusive drinks package" but this is not what I got! The only included drinks were bottled water, minerals, draft beer or 2 choices of white or red wine WITH my meals but EVERYTHING else I had to pay extra for. So if I wanted a beer or bottled water or glass of wine other than with my lunch or dinner I had to pay! If I wanted a bottled beer or a cup of coffee with my lunch or dinner I had to pay for it! Not an inclusive drinks package! Further I could order mineral water,draft beer or wine for my wife and sign for it on my card so she did not need ANY "drinks package" and I think you should have informed me about this prior to the cruise. Apart from the above I found your level of service to be really first class and your communications quick and clear and your staff highly efficient. I would certainly recommend Seascanner to my friends.
