- There was a significant change in the flight times after the booking that we were not clearly informed about. It was a clear mistake that neither Cunard or Seascanner wanted to take responsibility of and it ended up wit hus as customers spending 12h at the airport on the way back. Besides that service of seascanner was very good.

Cruise in one sentence:
- It was a nice cruise with an elegant ship but they overcharge me( 25 $) at the final of the cruise ,they say I it was a mistake and i will receive the money ...still after 2 weeks i dont receive anything
- Again an unforgetable Cunard experience.
- Very pleasant experience, the ship and staff were lovely. The food was good and the price was excellent. I will book this ship again.

Ship overall:
- Ship needs new painting, a lot of rust is visable
- As has been the case over the 25 or so Cunard cruises I have taken there are never enough sommeliers and therefore I Purchased only one bottle and couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of trying to purchase another. Likewise the entertainment has never been very good and is awls is incredibly boring....
- A lovely midsize ship with quality service.
- We like Classical music.
- The selection of desserts could have been better.
