How would you describe your cruise with the ship Queen Victoria in one sentence?Very pleasant experience, the ship and staff were lovely. The food was good and the price was excellent. I will book this ship again.

How did you like your cabin number 5118?
Your comment on cabin 5118:The fixtures and fittings weee all good and working and the bedding was fresh. While the carpets were clean it’s time we stopped having carpet in cabins as they are generally not hygienic.

Would you like to note some more short remarks about the ship Queen Victoria?As has been the case over the 25 or so Cunard cruises I have taken there are never enough sommeliers and therefore I Purchased only one bottle and couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of trying to purchase another. Likewise the entertainment has never been very good and is awls is incredibly boring.

Comments about Cunard LineThere needs to be clarity about port transfers into town. It’s always a complete mystery to the staff and guests and I just don’t understand why it has to be so badly communicated.
