  • Pool area is very small for the amount of guests that are onboard. Only self service machine for Coca Cola package was in windjammer when that was closed you have to go to a bar onboard the ship where choice was limited to only 3 drinks. Food in windjammer was great for breakfast not so great for lunch only had dinner 1 evening there. Main dining room tides was excellent. Superb service.

  • Very happy with our first cruise. Very happy with the speed of getting of and back on the ship at ports of call. Staff on board the Jewel of the seas were good in the restaurant but elsewhere like stateroom attendant and bar staff could show more passion and enthusiasm for there job. The guest services desk needs some more training as they were very unwilling to help sort a problem in relation to my on board account. So had to pay them in cash and now waiting on a refund to my card!. Everything was organised and timely.
