Arrival & Departure Options
The Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket can only be used in conjunction with an international flight to/from a German airport or to/from Salzburg and Basel (for flights to/from Amsterdam, Zurich, Brussels and Vienna, this service is available on request for an additional charge). It applies to DB (Deutsche Bahn) routes from all German stations on all scheduled regular trains (including ICE, IC and EC). Unfortunately, a BahnCard discount cannot be granted. Children (up to and including 14 years of age) travel free of charge when accompanied by their parents/grandparents. The Rail&Fly can be used on the day before the outbound flight and on the day after the return flight.
You will receive a voucher code per person and route after the booking of the Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket. The voucher codes can be reedemed on kreuzfahrtberater.bahnanreise.de by selecting the desired connection from those displayed. You will then receive the digital ticket as a PDF download and/or by e-mail. Nevertheless, you are flexible in your use of the trains (provided you keep the selected route and travel day). The Ship
The Silver Moon was delivered to the cruise company in November 2020. With a passenger capacity of 596 and a crew number of 411, on the ship there is a great passenger-crew-ratio. Your dreams are comming true and your personal butler will almost be available the whole day.

Silver Moon staterooms
The Silver Moon has, like every Silversea cruise ship in the fleet, exclusively Suites and therefore offers the highest comfort for you. You travel in a Suite between 36 sqm and 174 sqm. All Suites are furnished with a marble bathroom, a walk-in closet, a docking station and a very special pillow menue.
Atmosphere on board of the Silver Moon
On board the Silver Moon the main language is english. The passengers are international and by now only a few german guests have discovered this cruise ship. During the day you can dress sporty and elegant and depending on the weather. Whilst a one week cruise there are two formal evenings (dark suite of smoking or cocktail dress are recommended). The age of the guests is mixed, but mainly the passengers are approx. 45 years old. On board there are very few children and there is a very quite atmosphere.

The Silver Moon fascinates with the new S.A.L.T. Lab, in which you can be interactive and go through workshops or shows and learn about the regional culinaric techniques of the visited destinations. Furthermore, you can marvel at the rolling by landscapes or enjoy a piece of cake in the café. In the fitness centre and on the pool deck even the active guests will come at their costs. In the boutique you can also buy a new dress for the night or relax in the Zagara Beauty Salon and Spa. Last but not least there are the classic entertainments on this ship: A casino and a theatre where you can be excited for an entertaining night.
