The Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket offer is valid on DB (Deutsche Bahn) routes from all German railroad stations on all scheduled regular trains (including ICE, IC and EC). Unfortunately, a BahnCard discount cannot be granted. Children (up to and including the age of 14) travel free of charge when accompanied by their parents/grandparents.
You will receive a voucher code per person and route after the booking of the Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket. The voucher codes can be reedemed on kreuzfahrtberater.bahnanreise.de by selecting the desired connection from those displayed. You will then receive the digital ticket as a PDF download and/or by e-mail. Nevertheless, you are flexible in your use of the trains (provided you keep the selected route, class and day). The ship Queen Victoria
Since December 2007, the Queen Victoria belongs to the fleet of the traditional Cunard Line. The ship, that was last rebuilt and renovated in 2017, is now a dynamic interpretation of the golden era of sea voyages in a modern guise. Plenty of space, elegance and comfort are typical of the ships of Cunard Line. Even the three-storey Grand Lobby with a six-meter high wall relief offers a spectacular impression of the ship. At a length of 294 meters the ship can accommodate approx. 2,060 passengers.
About Cunard Line
On Cunard Line ships, you will experience a British and, above all, traditional cruising experience. On board you will find luxurious comfort, excellent gastronomy and first-class entertainment. While the RMS Queen Mary 2 is still mostly on the classic transatlantic passage, the two smaller sisters M/S Queen Elizabeth and M/S Queen Victoria sail different routes for every taste. Queen Victoria staterooms
All cabins are very spacious and modern equipped. With the recent modernization in 2017, many of the cabins and suites have been fitted with new interiors that now shine in new splendor. Also new modern club balcony cabins of the Britannia category have been established on board. Guests of this cabin category will have free access to the new Britannia Club Restaurant. The cabins range from the approx. 16 sqm inside cabins and the approx. 20 sqm balcony cabins to the more than 100 sqm suites and offer something for every taste.
Queen Victoria Atmosphere on Board
The Queen Victoria continues the tradition of the great ocean liners. This is also reflected in their equipment: For the first time there is a Cunard Museum on board, which informs about the 180 previously for Cunard Line built ships. Numerous exhibits and maritime decorations bring the flair and luxury of past glories of passenger shipping back to life. A colonial-style conservatory and a two-story library with spiral staircase and large fountain are examples of the lovingly decorated luxury liners. On board, it is quiet, solid and classic too.
Queen Victoria Food and Beverages
The excellent cuisine is one of the absolute highlights of every Cunard cruise and this tradition is also continued on the Queen Victoria. Exquisite specialties are served in various restaurants. Queens Grill and Princess Grill guests dine in the luxurious restaurants of the same name. Likewise the guests of the new Britannia category have seperate access to the the new Britannia Club restaurant that is available after the last modernization. Specialty restaurants, where you can reserve a table for an extra charge, also take you on a culinary journey around the world.
