TUI Cruises fills the gap between a classic cruise and a club cruise with their all inclusive concept. The premium all inclusive concept and the casual atmosphere on board are convincing many mid-age cruisers. Almost all incidental costs are already included in the cruise price and the quality of the service is very good. TUI Cruises does not only convince with good quality, they even offer great theme cruises, such as the 'full metal cruise' or sporty motto cruises.

The Mein Schiff Herz cruises since May 2011 for TUI Cruises. It is the 'old' TUI Mein Schiff 2, that was built in the Meyer Werft in Papenburg in 1997 as Celebrity Mercury for Celebrity Cruises. From February to March 2019 it was completely refurnished and renewed. On 263.8 metres length it offers place for 1912 passengers at double occupancy. In April 2023 the Mein Schiff Herz will cruise for TUI Cruises for the last time and leave the fleet.

The staterooms are all very comfortable. The inside staterooms are approx. 16 sqm large, the oceanview and balcony staterooms are approx. 17 sqm large. The normal balconies are approx. 5 sqm large. Alternatively, you can choose an approx. 16 sqm large veranda stateroom with a ca. 9 sqm veranda. Junior Suites and Suites offer a range of between 22-49 sqm space with 13-24 qm large verandas. In every stateroom there is a nespresso coffee machine. One capsule per person and day is free at charge, more capsules can be bought.

The language on board is mostly German. The atmosphere is relaxed, just like in a club hotel ashore. Mostly, mid-age travellers book TUI Cruises. During school vacation times also families are on board. Especially the casual atmosphere on board, the possibilities to be active in sports and the many culinary highlights is what guests appreciate most. With the 'premium all inclusive' concept almost all dishes and beverages as well as the gratuities are already included in the cruise price. That is what makes TUI Cruises special in comparison to other cruise companies.

Onboard the Mein Schiff Herz a lot of variety is offered. Dining in the following restaurants is included: the large buffet restaurant, a la carte restaurant, at 'GOSCH' Sylt, in the bistro 'La Vela' and in the 'Cliff24' grill at the pool which is almost open at every time. Drinks are for free in the mentioned restaurants and in the bars also without extra costs (wines, beers, sparkling wine, water, soft drinks, cocktails and long drinks).

There is a large show lounge where events will take place. Acrobatics, Musicals, magic shows and comedy shows are being offered. A whole entertainment team consisting of approx. 50 singers, dancers and acrobats, will fascinate you.

Cooking shows, a murder mystery dinner or pooldeck parties: You won't get bored! And if you want to turn the night into day, the DJ in the 'AbtanzBar' will play for you the whole night.

There are also sporty activities for all those you like to move: A large fitness area covers all wishes and the many aerobic courses offer something for everyone. The enlarged wellness area with 1,700 sqm offers a large oceanview sauna, a steambath and a beautiful resting area. For an extra fee you can choose from the rich offer of massages and well-being treatments. You can also book a fitness hour with one of the fitness trainers.

Ashore, mostly sportive shore excursions are offered, e.g. mountainbiking or paddle boat tours. Also diving and snorkeling excursions are available in many ports.

The ships from TUI Cruises offer a German cruise for club cruisers with a high claim on comfort. For all cruisers who like to experience a lot and have very good dining options.
