- Quite small but very comfortable. Kept in great condition by the cabin steward.

- Excellent entertainment, food and accommodation but staff with some exceptions were surly, unhelpful and certainly did not provide anything remotely near an intuitive service

- Great ship, poor customer service. Fellow passengers quite annoying, poor etiquette.

- Itinerary change handled well by seascanner and got best deal available for the passengers but it took a long time and delays from MSC.
