    • The cabin bathroom had unpleasant odor. Our steward did his best in order to remove it however without any improvement. Our complain had been accepted and next day we moved to the state room on the deck 6 which bathroom was as expected on QM2.

    • It has happaned again that we booked a table for 2 and got table for 6. It's a crucial difference for us. It takes time to negotiate a change with the restaurant mgr.

    • I am very satisfied with Seascanner. Only objection refers to Cunard Voyage Personalizer which assumes that all Seascanner customers are German speaking ones. It’s totally wrong and should be changed as soon as possible. Booking the cruise tours on line is impossible in my case since I understand just a few words like “danke” and “Gutten morgen”…. There MUST be language choice possibility for foreign Seascanner customers.
