    Overall impression of your cruise

      • Pleasant and friendly environment on board, great quality of services, including excellent amusement program and shows on board, a variety of quality food and drinks + very good restaurant service; however regrettable changes of itinerary and scheduled port visits fell short of our expectations depriving the cruise of its most interesting destinations.

      • The change of itinerary only a couple of days before the embarkation date (La Goulette, Tunisia) and the on- route cancellation of the visit to Monte Carlo were a source of great disappointment: these were the most attractive destinations of the itinerary that motivated our choice of tour operator (HAL) and of cruise. Regrettably we were offered no decent alternative to compensate for these unwelcome changes (Cagliari instead of Tunisia and a day at sea instead of Monaco) - in this regard we expected more efforts and commitment from the tour operator. The price/quality ratio of internet services on board was very poor.
