- Service was always great. One thing that I suggest is that documents received from seascanner should be sent also in English apart from German only as most of the documents are received in German only.

Ship overall:
- Very busy, lots of rude people onboard
- we were 2 adults 2 kids if the cabin was slightly bigger we would have more space. we enjoyed out trip on MSC
- It’s a beautiful ship with plenty of things to do, see, and buy.
- Modern and extremely clean. Crew was always there to help and super friendly.
- The instrumental shows could be replaced by some other entertainers or accompanied with dancers
- my personal point of view that this vessel carry to many passenger ( 6300 ). I would recommend MEraviglia class or Seaview class - there are 1 thousand less passengers less, but same level of activities / entertainment
- Food
- Bars are better on other MSC ships
- This is my fourth trip with MSC. Maybe the ship is too big, so it's very noisy, and almost half of the passengers on the ship were from Russia...
- 9 out of 10.I think in the 2 main live music areas there should be live music the whole time with no breaks as it was on there other ships.
