- 80% of staff was young and inexperienced but kind. Not what you expect of Princess Cruise!
We had another couple with us and we had praised it highly. Was disappointed. Servicepersonel was much consentrated towards eastern europe.

- 2. Cruise. Beger found out what exactly benefits came with gold card - other than getting us to book again in hope of benefits!?
First cruise was with Ruby and this seemed much more proffesionel managed overall. Better dresscode, excelent event/showmaster!!
Better and more experienced waiters in restaurant. On Emerald it seemed like it was a bunch of trainees and (very) hard bosses. Not something you would combine with a luxurycruise. Also the events stank of costcuts. On disembarkments from ship, Ruby had signs/staff on every floor. Here we could guess and see a sign on the last 2 floors. Also staff servicing uncivilized russians on russian language seemed like no good idea. Nobody would dream of chatting and laughing in Thai or other language. Off course russian marked are bit and keep going this way and you have a 100% russian cruise!!
Last night of formel night. Why?? We dressed up to go eat in restaurant. A lot of other passengers discussed if the only reason was to get portraits takes - to sell. Nothing happened. On Ruby the eventmaster threw a New years party full of happenings. Need getting better to atract us again. Remember that princess are on of the most luxuryous cruises??
