- Not equipped to handle the amount of people on board. Waiting times long, very hard or even impossible to find a seat, pool lounger, place at a bar.

- Would not travel with Virtuoso ship, maybe with a different ship, but also leaving from a different port, not Southampton. But for now, will try other lines before going back to MSC unless they offer really low prices .
