- The ship was very clean, with staff cleaning all areas at all times. Over all everything was very good. The only suggestion to increase bar staff due to long queues (ice cream bar next to outdoor pool). Other than that, everything was perfect.

- Very well organised, friendly staff and a very positive experience over all. Our cabin attendant Elifaz was very helpful and helped our kids find their way to the cabin when they lost their way. And our waiters at Aurora Boreale Restaurant Ronald Umano Djasman and Kumar Pawan Madhub who were always very polite and friendly and gave a service with a smile :).
