- Before we paid a lot of money for digital photos files, the sales man in the cruise counter told us the frame (the border) can be removed 3 days later. Now, there is no way to do so. We have been seeking help through email and this website (www.MyMscPhotos.com), but no response for the whole week. We feel that we were cheated to pay for all of these garbage files. Hence, we want to either refund our payment or remove the frames(borders) from every photos. We appreciate if anyone can reply us through email.

Ship overall:
- Eliminate the South Korea stop as it was a big hassle to go through passport control
- It’s well maintained. The only complaint I had was the queuing during immigration check when visiting port. Time constraints. Limited hours in each port
