- The emails in German caused a lot of stress plus the upgrade application was messy especially when we could not get emails in German. Even the cruise reception had difficulty with email I received when on board re upgrade.

Ship overall:
- Eliminate the South Korea stop as it was a big hassle to go through passport control
- It’s well maintained. The only complaint I had was the queuing during immigration check when visiting port. Time constraints. Limited hours in each port

- Mac bellisima is aperfect holiday for family staff are all friendly and hardworker
