the managing of booking in the site www.msccruises.de it is very difficult until impossible for someone who doesn't speak German.
also the ticket documents must be in English.
My opinion is that,,if you sell internationally you must have a multilingual site!

Ship overall:
- Eliminate the South Korea stop as it was a big hassle to go through passport control
- It’s well maintained. The only complaint I had was the queuing during immigration check when visiting port. Time constraints. Limited hours in each port
