- When we arrived there was no body cream in the shower. When I asked for some I was told that it is available only to Aurea guests. This answer annoyed me greatly. I consider body cream a basic product that should be available to all guests upon request.

- The beverage packages and the internet packages are overly expensive. When we traveled on the MSC Divina we were able to purchase a limited internet package which provided whats up communication with internet surfing. I suggest adopting this policy.
