- Not cleaned from previous guests, dirty and poor maintained.

- The ship is old and it shows the lack of maintenence. Entertainment and most, if not all, programs were all in Spanish and English speaking guests were treated like a second rate customers.

- Excursions, although supposed to be for English speaking guests, were also in Spanish, and in such a case Spanish explanations were lengthy and in English just a few quick sentences. Pompeii in particular was very unsatisfacory beacuse of the guide who barely spoke English and the tour itself in which we did not see much of the site but were quickly escorted to the shop.
