- Very small and claustrophobic with extra bed handing from ceiling above you.
  Was expecting a sofa bed for the child (as outlined in the room detail when booking)
  The window view was totally blocked due to non-cleaning.

- I have made 2 cruises with Costa - much much better than MSC.
  Excursions were very over-priced, we managed to do our excursions ourself on shore.
  No excitement created on embarkation day or during the event. No great welcome aboard.
