- Staff ESP at pool site not friendly towards children. Not sensitive or caring. Too busy for children

- Cannot forgive them for causing our grandfather distress and humiliation when we were disembarking. And more so because they were celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary. This episode Completely ruined all our happy memories of our first cruise. Feel very sad for our dear grandfather
