      • The crew were very noisy especially at 2am & security did nothing. I never slept.

      • Guest Services staff need sacking. It is wrong for staff to think that giving out false & misleading information is a good opportunity to 'get rid' of you. This is not only deceitful but also, in my case, discriminatory. Disabled & travelling alone, guest services denied me travel on the return airport shuffle by providing incorrect information - 3 times. I am treated better in Poundland by 15 year olds.
