- I think it is unfair that the ship gives the option to tip individually(which I did) and get a refund on the daily gratuities , but I was told that I could not since I booked with seascanner! I was told that the refund will be given by seascanner. Would appreciate your feedback

Ship overall:
- Not good animation
- I felt small percentage of waiter staff at some bars did not look for customers to serve,take an empty glass off table but not ask would we like another.Big queues at bars because of this.Sometimes waiting twenty five minutes on an ordered drink.Very slow.
- Everyone is so friendly and welcoming
- They need to vary a little bit the food in the buffet because we did 7 days with the same food and the last 2 days it went worse
- The food was not that exciting. Especially the dessert was boring/tasteless
- food cold in main restaurants, not enough onboard activities or facilities
- The times of the shows weren't good for the dinner seating times. We were 2nd seating at 8pm and the show started at 8.45pm. We didn't have time enough.
- Excellent staff and excellent service. When the ship Was at sea, they were really busy as only 1 Barman most days …
- Food in buffet was poor and seemed to get worse with time. Poor layout in buffet meant it was impossible to know what was on offer without lots of walking in an area that is far too big with far too many people. Restaurant was better and actually quicker at times....

- The ship is very nice even though a bit old. Always clean and staff friendly
- Its good looking and medium size.
- Variety of bars,live entertainment and complimentary restaurant and Butchers Cut restaurant,staff very polite and courteous.
- It is spotless with very comfortable cosy lounges and bars
- the luxury, the friendliness, the comfort. Especially Eryn and Thea from the entertainment team and also the dance instructors Anton and Jenia. Great people!!!
