  • We had priority boarding with our Aurea experience but never the less they sent us to the non-priority line so we had to wait a long time. Also, we requested early disembarkation and were promised one but at the end we disembarked with the last group. Disembarkation was also very late - by more than an hour so we nearly missed our flight back home. The embarkation /disembarkation procedures shoud really be improved.
