- “Despite an excellent start with helpful port staff in Trieste, our first MSC cruise on Fantasia fell short of expectations due to overcrowding, inconsistent food and entertainment quality, and poor value compared to Celebrity Cruises.

- What I liked most was the interesting itinerary — aside from the early port arrivals — and the consistently friendly and attentive service from the crew.

Ship overall:
- Food was not very good, it was not tasty.
- The shows at the theatre were not good 4 evenings from 9. "Not Only Sand with Roberta Crespi-3.6.2025 and 2 evenings with Claudio de Negri were not interesting and boring.
- The ship in use about 17 years but stil cozy
- Food was to a high standard with plenty of choice.

- We have been on the same cruise ship MSc Fantasia and hasn't changed at all . Really excellent
- This cruise wasn't good for us, from 3 packages wich I booked we didn't receive with out asking few times ? Beds linens weren't changed no one time! ☝️
- Nice crew, but too few to serv in the mainrestaurant. This made a lot of waiting and acctually a very stressful time for both guests and servicestaff.
- Staff were brilliant but sometimes overworked and hard to get served by them in bars and restaurants because they were so busy
