- “Despite an excellent start with helpful port staff in Trieste, our first MSC cruise on Fantasia fell short of expectations due to overcrowding, inconsistent food and entertainment quality, and poor value compared to Celebrity Cruises.

- The cabin was functional but dated: the shower was cramped, storage limited to one worn-out wardrobe with stiff drawers, balcony chairs were not properly cleaned, and occasional tapping from the lifeboats below disturbed sleep when the balcony door was open — though the mattress itself was comfortable.
