“Great trip but room for improvement ”

- Some furniture maintenance is necessary. Also, upon arrival, the minibar was locked for two days with no explanation, we didn't get any batrhobes (only upon asking for them although they should have been included), only one pair of slippers, the soap wasn't re-filled on time...

- This was the second time in row that the staff at the embarkation port refused us priority boardingh although as aurea guests we were suposed to be entitled to it. Also, on this trip the "mMy Choice" dinig option was a disaster. Sometimes we had to wait 15 minutes or more to be seated.
