- The service was in general good however I had 2 issues. One is that I was never told that the check-in time for the luggage was at 3pm even though the ship was leaving at 11pm from Jeddah (we made it by luck). Also I wanted to speak to one of the representatives of Seascanner one day before the trip, on COVID procedures and I tried to call various times with no answer. Then I decided to send to Seascanner to contact me back by a phone call before the trip and I was contacted back by an email when the cruise already left the port.

We did not have the Information regarding the check-in time for the luggage from MSC Cruises. Otherwise we would have informed our clients. We are reachable from 10 a.m. until 18.00 p.m. during the week. Due to Covid-19, the related increased complexity of every single booking and the therefore extremely increased amount of calls and e-mails we are not able to answer all E-Mails within short time. We need 24 Hours for answering.

- There were members of staff that went above and beyond, and made our first cruise experience all the more special and enjoyable. I would like an email directly from MSC so I can give this feedback regarding specific members of staff to show our appreciation of them
- GOOD SERVICE NICE FOOD
- Many thanks to our waiters Sudanta Ketut (Indonesia) and ass.waiter Riky Gede (Indonesia). They were fantastic!bravo!
- Dinner serving was very slow compared to other tables. In buffet seems there was not enough staff as tables stayed uncle and for long time.
- Service in the restaurant and bars were slow.
- Very nice ship, staff excellent. Food in main dining could be a lot better. Entertainment good but repetitive.
- Not equipped to handle the amount of people on board. Waiting times long, very hard or even impossible to find a seat, pool lounger, place at a bar.
- Restuarant service very good as was cabin, but waiting more than 30 minutes to get a drink was poor compared to previous cruise on same ship....
- Bar service was terrible, waited over an hour some times for drinks. Had to prove we had drinks package and couldn’t order for others in our party - one card should be enough when ordering for our party, not 4 or 6 cards needed each time....
- The bar waiters always serving with a smile.big shout out to Maruti and his team in the Blue Danube restaurant for serving us the best they could .
