Your comment on cabin 10005:Lovely cabin, couldn’t fault it.
(would love a split bathroom like they have on Iona and the Disney cruise liners).

Would you like to note some more short remarks about the ship MSC Virtuosa?Bar service was terrible, waited over an hour some times for drinks. Had to prove we had drinks package and couldn’t order for others in our party - one card should be enough when ordering for our party, not 4 or 6 cards needed each time. Treated differently in Yacht club - can order as many on one card, no questions asked!

Comments about the service of seascanner.comA littler frustrated that all paper work was in German but that aside, you guys were great and very responsive if we ever needed to check anything. Would be good if could get info in English too/be able to log in online to the English site. Also got stung by paying in Euros, probably my own error! Lesson learnt. Would book again with Sea Scsnner but perhaps the Co.uk version to make it a little easier. Again, prob my own mistake but all turned out fine.
